Inquiries submitted through this site are stored in a database operated solely for the Legatus.esq™ practice. The information is read by counsel and by counsel's authorised support, and is not shared with third parties. A principal may at any time request that an inquiry record be deleted, by replying to the practice's reply.
Method
Instruments composed in the Legatus drafting room are assisted by a drafting instrument — a language model — operated by retained counsel under written instruction. Octavia drafts; counsel reads, amends, and signs.
Provenance
Every memo that leaves the drafting room carries a Composition Note acknowledging its lineage. The note is not an attribution; it is a record that the composition was held to the practice's standard before it left the room.
